For decades, I lived in the fog of betrayal trauma—shutting down my intuition, over-functioning, and trying to be “enough” in a relationship that left me feeling unseen, unsafe, and unworthy. My healing began when I stopped blaming myself and started reclaiming my voice, my energy, and my truth.
